Senior Creative Marketing Coordinator | July 2022 - Present 

  • Designed and implemented new branding guidelines to increase meeting conversions by 15%. 

  • Was in charge of conception and creation of all organic and paid media which led to a 26% increase in content engagement and 2,300 new followers.

  • Led a team of 8 cross-departmental designers to ensure brand cohesion throughout the company and provide design feedback and support.

  • Ran an internal design studio and executed on all design requests throughout the company.
